Brandon Bal-Lance

Brandon Bal-Lance has been a force to reckon with since he started his career in 2013!  His passion for the hair industry flourished in one of Schwarzkopf Professional’s top salons in the heart of Silicon Valley. Brandon’s passion for education quickly came to light as he became Master Stylist of this salon and earned Schwarzkopf Professional’s BLONDME ® and COLOR EXPERT Certifications. He fine-tuned his skillset with immersive global education from Vidal Sassoon Academy, Love Curls Workshops, and Keratin Complex® to become a well-rounded stylist. After 4 years Brandon became a salon owner himself in Silicon Valley and opened that door with another certification under his belt of “Schwarzkopf Professional Royal Master Colorist” which is Schwarzkopf Professional’s highest honor.

In 2018, Brandon was invited by Schwarzkopf Professional to become a part of the ASK Expert National team opening the door for an even greater opportunity to educate and share his passion, skillset, and knowledge with other like-minded artists.  Brandon has traveled the nation and has supported some of the industries top talent such as Jon Reyman (Cinta Aveda Institute), Linh Phan (@Bescene), Ricky Zito (@Hairgodzito), Candy Shaw (@Thebalaylama), Butterfly Loft Salon, Josie Vilay, Maggie Hancock, and Liz Haven. Being recognized as the “Social Media Superstar in 2019” For Schwarzkopf Professional field team was just icing on the cake!

On most days Brandon can be found in his 2nd 20 chair commission salon in the luxurious town of Saratoga California, mentoring his staff and obsessing over his latest love, hair extensions!  Where he helps clients feel and look their best not only with color and styling but, I-Tips, Tape-In by Cinderella Hair and Hot Heads.
